SYSTEMETHODS was started in 1982 following 20 years of senior and executive management experience with several major airlines, travel agencies and tour operators. Although the company was initially focused toward providing general consulting services in my areas of expertise, much of my time was spent on recruiting executive and senior level employees for my many travel industry clients. In 1999, SYSTEMETHODS phased out its consulting division and began focusing solely on recruiting within the travel industry. My personal experience has convinced me that identifying appropriate candidates - those who have extensive backgrounds in this industry, in addition to superior qualifications and knowledge of the specific functional areas for which he or she will have responsibility - is critical to the success of the candidate and satisfaction of the hiring organization. Candidates thus qualified require significantly reduced start up time and are productive far quicker.
